📋 Description

• serve as liaison between Operations, Administration, and customers for billing issues • assist with work review, billing support, scheduling, payroll audits • conduct weekly payroll audits to ensure DWRs are submitted • develop and implement procedures for process improvements

🎯 Requirements

• strong organizational skills • experience in billing and scheduling • ability to collaborate with teams and customers effectively • proficiency in using billing system software • familiarity with operational processes
