📋 Description

• Answer incoming phone calls from consumers • Provide knowledgeable responses to inquiries in a courteous and professional manner • Serve as a direct point of contact for individuals registering for assistance • Conduct calls with patience, tact, and courtesy to determine needs • Provide instructions and/or referrals • Enter information into a Windows-based computer database while following instructions and conducting a scripted interview • Escalate dissatisfied callers to proper channels • Maintain excellent communication, customer service, and professionalism in reading, writing, and speaking English • Perform other responsibilities as amended by Pearl management to meet business and organizational needs

🎯 Requirements

• Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish • High School Diploma or equivalent required • Must be a U.S. Citizen • Must have at least 6 months of customer service experience • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite • Must have high-speed internet connection • Ethernet cable access; Wi-Fi-only connectivity is prohibited • Private and secure workspace within your home, away from noise and distractions • Background Investigation, Security/EQIP Clearance, Drug Screen and Skills Assessments May Be Required • Ability to sit for prolonged periods • Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
