📋 Description

• Serve as a critical bridge between Product Management, Professional Learning, Product Support, and Partner Success. • Translate product capabilities into clear, scalable training, support, and go-to-market assets. • Gather requirements and facilitate design discussions. • Shape solutions that address educator and district needs. • Ensure products are well understood and effectively adopted.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • 3–5+ years of experience in educational technology, assessment, professional learning, product support, curriculum development, or related fields • Experience creating training, professional learning, support materials, or customer-facing content • Experience gathering requirements, documenting workflows, or supporting product development efforts • Experience with K-12 assessment, MTSS, formative assessment, interim assessment, or behavioral solutions (preferred) • Experience participating in Agile product development environments (preferred) • Familiarity with product management tools and practices (preferred) • Understanding of district purchasing and implementation needs (preferred)
