📋 Description

• Assess and redesign the clinical recruiting process, tools, and team for scale • Translate patient demand and growth forecasts into clinical hiring plans by role, state, and timeline • Define and monitor flexible hiring triggers based on panel capacity, utilization, waitlist length, and new-market launches • Build flexible staffing strategies across full-time, part-time, per diem, and contract arrangements • Own recruiting analytics including time-to-fill, pipeline health, source effectiveness, offer acceptance, and cost-per-hire • Personally lead full-cycle searches for physicians, APPs, and therapists • Build talent pipelines across multiple states, considering licensure and interstate compacts relevant to virtual care • Develop the clinician value proposition and employer brand • Partner with clinical leaders on interview design, clinical assessments, and hiring criteria • Work with credentialing and licensing partners to maintain compliance and quality • Hire, coach, and develop a team of recruiters and coordinators • Build recruiting playbooks, operating rhythms, and team culture • Advise hiring managers and clinical leaders • Create a respectful, transparent, and fast candidate experience

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of recruiting experience • Significant track record hiring physicians and APPs • Experience with behavioral health, pediatrics, or telehealth is a strong plus • Experience managing recruiters or coordinators • Exceptional sourcing and closing skills • Experience assessing clinical talent and delivering a high-touch candidate experience • Experience designing and running programmatic hiring processes at volume • Highly organized and structured, with experience building workflows, playbooks, and cadences • Record of hitting hiring targets under pressure • Experience building sourcing programs, talent communities, referral programs, residency and training partnerships, and clinician employer branding • Expertise in Ashby for sourcing campaigns, automation, dashboards, and insights • Ability to build and defend forecast-driven hiring models • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Must be authorized to work in the US and indicate whether visa sponsorship is required
