📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting for clinical roles, including intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, and closing • Build and manage candidate pipelines and track candidate progress against hiring goals • Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to define role requirements and success criteria • Proactively source passive clinicians and build relationships before roles open • Represent Clarity honestly and close candidates thoughtfully • Partner with clinical leaders on structured interviews, scorecards, and clinical assessments • Run fair, evidence-based debriefs and maintain assessment standards • Keep Ashby accurate and current for reliable reporting • Track funnel metrics including stage conversion, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance • Share recruiting insights and risks with the Clinical Recruiting Manager and hiring managers • Test improvements to recruiting processes, sourcing, and candidate experience • Provide a warm, transparent, and timely candidate experience • Set expectations with hiring managers and keep them informed and accountable • Help onboard and support newer recruiters and coordinators

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience • Meaningful experience hiring physicians and APPs; experience with therapists, behavioral health, pediatrics, or telehealth is a strong plus • Familiarity with multi-state licensure is a plus • Ability to manage many searches simultaneously while maintaining a personal, high-touch approach • Experience running structured interviews and debriefs using consistent questions, scorecards, and evidence-based assessments • Fluency in recruiting metrics • High proficiency in Ashby or another modern ATS • Strong organizational and deadline-management skills • Ability to communicate credibly with physicians and highly trained clinicians • Clear, warm, and professional written outreach • US work authorization; application asks whether the candidate will require visa sponsorship
