• 5+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, B2B sales, account management, or a related commercial role, ideally within tourism, hospitality, travel, or SaaS. • Deep knowledge of the Hawaiʻi tourism landscape, including operators, distribution channels, wholesale partnerships, and market dynamics. • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify growth opportunities and create value through partnerships and relationships. • A passion for technology and the ability to quickly develop deep product expertise. • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences. • Proficiency with Salesforce, Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom.
