📋 Description

• Design, implement, and support IBM mainframe and related infrastructure technologies • Monitor system performance, availability, capacity, and security • Lead technical troubleshooting and resolution of complex system issues • Plan and execute infrastructure upgrades, migrations, disaster recovery, and business continuity initiatives • Develop and maintain system documentation, standards, and operational procedures • Provide technical guidance and mentoring to engineers and support teams • Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate requirements and recommend technology solutions • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices • Participate in project planning, solution architecture, and customer engagements as needed • Support the reliability, security, and ongoing evolution of the organization's mainframe platform and services

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience supporting enterprise mainframe environments • Strong knowledge of IBM zSystems, z/OS, storage, networking, and related technologies • Experience with performance tuning, automation, disaster recovery, and infrastructure modernization initiatives • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a collaborative environment • 5+ years of experience • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
