📋 Description

• Lead Application Analysts under the direction of the Application Manager • Plan and oversee team work activities, prioritization, resource coordination, and meeting plans • Ensure timely completion of project plans, design documentation, build audits, testing plans and scripts, training curriculum, and activation plans • Support operational and project work streams • Ensure deliverables follow City of Hope governance requirements • Ensure ticket submissions are complete and assigned promptly • Escalate unresolved issues to the Application Manager and across teams • Communicate work-plan, task, issue, and risk status • Ensure best practices, thorough testing, coordinated changes, and minimized Go Live problems • Participate in team and project meetings • Onboard and instruct newly hired team members on Connect Hope Epic policies and procedures • Ensure team adherence to processes • Collaborate with teams within and outside ConnectHope • Perform Epic application build assignments and other related duties

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree; experience may substitute for minimum education requirement • Epic Willow InPatient Certification required • Willow Amb and/or Inventory highly preferred • 8+ years of experience in systems analysis or 5+ years of healthcare Information Technology experience, including 3 years of Epic build experience • One year of leadership/mentorship of a team, task force, project or assignment, or equivalent combination • Relevant Epic Module or newly obtained Epic certification within six months of employment • For internal COH candidates, Epic certification shall be obtained within 9 months of transferring into the Epic project
