📋 Description

• Provide solution and delivery leadership across Oracle Cloud ERP engagements. • Support client pursuits, solution design, and successful implementation outcomes. • Partner with clients, sales teams, and delivery leaders to develop practical, scalable solutions. • Provide guidance across functional and technical domains. • Drive strategic initiatives and enable ERP practice growth. • Develop and maintain delivery standards, methodologies, accelerators, and reusable assets. • Mentor functional leads and promote consistency, quality, and collaboration. • Support resource planning, team development, capability building, and identification of skills needed for practice growth. • Provide architectural guidance across Oracle Cloud ERP, with primary expertise in Financials and broader knowledge of Procurement, Projects, SCM, integrations, reporting, and data. • Lead or support current-state assessments, future-state design, business process alignment, and transformation roadmaps. • Ensure end-to-end process considerations across Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Project-to-Cash. • Guide decisions regarding configuration, extensions, integrations, reporting, data migration, security, and third-party systems. • Review solution designs and key deliverables for quality, feasibility, scalability, and alignment with client needs. • Balance business requirements, platform capabilities, and delivery timelines. • Contribute to proposals, demonstrations, workshops, and executive presentations supporting statements of work. • Build trusted client relationships and serve as a senior advisor throughout the sales and delivery lifecycle. • Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships and develop new offerings and capabilities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Accounting, or a related field. • 10+ years of experience delivering ERP or enterprise transformation programs, including significant experience with Oracle Cloud ERP. • Proven experience in Oracle Cloud Financials, with broad exposure to Procurement, Projects, SCM, integrations, reporting, or data. • Experience supporting or leading Oracle Cloud ERP implementations, solution design, advisory engagements, or complex delivery programs. • Demonstrated experience supporting sales pursuits, solutioning, estimating, proposals, client workshops, or executive presentations. • Experience providing leadership, mentorship, or oversight to consulting teams and delivery workstreams. • Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and interdependencies between functional and technical solutions. • Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to executive stakeholders and delivery teams. • Strong client relationship, facilitation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and client-facing consulting environment. • Alignment with Peloton values: Amplify Ideas, Can-Do Attitude, Teamwork, Integrity, Own Your Voice, and Next-Level Service. • Willingness to travel as required. • Oracle Cloud certification in Financials or another ERP module is preferred. • Experience supporting multi-pillar Oracle Cloud programs involving ERP, EPM, SCM, HCM, or Analytics is preferred. • Experience developing consulting methodologies, accelerators, intellectual property, or internal practice offerings is preferred. • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud, enterprise integrations, data migration, reporting, analytics, or solution architecture is preferred. • Existing relationships with Oracle, technology partners, or enterprise clients are preferred. • Experience in Oracle consulting practice leadership, solution leadership, delivery leadership, or a similar role is preferred.
