📋 Description

• Assess current-state payroll processes and identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities • Design future-state payroll processes aligned with Oracle Cloud leading practices and client objectives • Advise clients on best practices for payroll operations, including areas such as retro-pay, costing, and year-end processing • Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to develop detailed implementation plans • Lead payroll workstream activities across the full project lifecycle (requirements through deployment) • Ensure alignment between business requirements and system configuration • Facilitate workshops and working sessions to gather and document complex payroll requirements • Translate business needs into functional designs and Oracle Cloud Payroll configurations • Apply knowledge of key payroll concepts such as Legislative Data Groups (LDGs), Elements, and Payroll Definitions • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on payroll strategy, compliance, and system optimization • Communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders • Support decision-making through analysis and recommendations • Contribute to the development of payroll best practices, accelerators, and intellectual property • Support continuous improvement initiatives within Peloton’s HCM practice

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience) • 8+ years of experience implementing Oracle Cloud HCM solutions • Experience leading at least two full lifecycle Oracle Cloud Payroll implementations • Strong functional expertise in payroll processes, including U.S. and/or global payroll and tax reporting • Active Oracle Cloud Payroll certification • Deep understanding of payroll configuration concepts (e.g., LDGs, Elements, Payroll Definitions) • Experience in HCM consulting, systems integration, or management consulting environments • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Understanding of payroll and HR data, reporting, and analytics • Alignment with Peloton values: Amplify Ideas, Can-Do Attitude, Teamwork, Integrity, Own Your Voice, and Next-Level Service • Willingness to travel as required
