📋 Description

• Develop, document, and maintain QA checklists, strategies, and procedures • Conduct functional and regression testing according to test plans and document results • Communicate defects to the project team and bug tracking system • Validate fixes • Verify end-products against screen mock-ups and business requirements • Conduct Section 508 accessibility compliance testing, document results, and suggest fixes • Keep current with industry standards and best practices and apply them • Communicate with managers, peers, clients, and government representatives • Collaborate as part of a cross-functional project team • Perform other testing responsibilities as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Must submit to and pass a government agency background check • Knowledge of Section 508 accessibility requirements • Experience using accessibility techniques and tools, including screen readers such as NVDA and JAWS, and ANDI • Trusted Tester certification preferred • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members and government representatives • Experience testing content management systems such as Microsoft Azure, Sitecore, and AWS • 3–5 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance • 3–5 years of experience developing and executing software test plans and documenting results • 3–5 years of experience reading technical/software specifications • 3–5 years of experience testing accessibility, Section 508, and WCAG requirements • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
