📋 Description

• Lead the enterprise Business Intelligence strategy, architecture, and roadmap • Expand and champion self-service analytics capabilities • Establish governance, certified datasets, reusable semantic models, and enterprise reporting standards • Develop an adoption strategy that empowers business users and reduces manual and ad hoc reporting • Evaluate emerging technologies, AI capabilities, and industry best practices • Establish KPIs measuring self-service adoption, platform utilization, analytics maturity, and business value • Architect and implement solutions using Power BI, Tableau, SAP BusinessObjects, and Databricks • Design scalable semantic models, enterprise data models, and governed reporting solutions • Define standards for architecture, security, governance, visualization, and performance optimization • Serve as the Business Intelligence subject matter expert for the Databricks Lakehouse platform • Partner with Data Engineering on ETL/ELT processes, curated datasets, and reporting models • Lead migration from legacy reporting platforms and adoption of cloud and AI technologies • Establish Azure DevOps, Git, source control, automated deployment, CI/CD, and release management standards • Lead initiatives in an Agile environment using Jira and Scrum • Mentor and develop Business Intelligence Analysts and Developers • Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to align analytics initiatives with business priorities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field, or equivalent experience • 8+ years of progressive experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Data Warehousing, or Enterprise Reporting • Minimum 3 years of technical leadership experience leading enterprise Business Intelligence initiatives or teams • Expert-level experience with Microsoft Power BI • Expert-level experience with Tableau • Expert-level experience with SAP BusinessObjects • Expert-level experience with Databricks, including Delta Lake, SQL Warehouses, Unity Catalog, and Lakehouse Architecture • Expert-level experience with SQL, enterprise data modeling, semantic modeling, and data warehousing • Expertise in Business Intelligence architecture, governance, and enterprise security, including RLS/OLS • Experience with ETL/ELT processes and cloud analytics platforms • Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, DevOps, and CI/CD pipeline implementation • Experience with performance optimization for enterprise reporting solutions • Proven success implementing enterprise self-service analytics programs • Demonstrated experience leading organizational change and championing a data-driven culture • Experience establishing Business Intelligence governance, Centers of Excellence, and enterprise best practices • Demonstrated success mentoring Business Intelligence Analysts and technical teams • Experience working in a fast-paced Agile environment using Jira and modern Scrum practices • Exceptional communication, collaboration, strategic thinking, and executive presentation skills • Successful completion of a role-specific assessment • Successful completion of applicable pre-employment screening • Completion of employment eligibility verification through Form I-9 • Must be able to work in a remote, on-camera environment
