📋 Description

• Investigate and disseminate centralized data sources to expand the reliability and scope of the corporate Enterprise Data Warehouse • Distill transactional data into valuable and relatable KPIs for business partners across Marketing, Gaming, Hotel, Food and Beverage, Finance, and Human Resources • Provide data direction and education to property analyst teams • Act as gatekeeper for data-related inquiries and assure accurate delivery and usage • Facilitate data for advanced analytics and modeling requirements • Maintain and escalate data quality practices, including local oversight, risk mitigation, and resolution procedures • Identify, collaborate on, and present key data relationships and KPIs to help business leaders understand operations • Monitor data performance and SLA thresholds to assure end-user adoption • Work with stakeholders on new data requirements and definitions • Present data findings through multiple qualitative communication platforms • Perform other duties as required

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Business, or related field • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in data modeling or analytics • Hands-on expertise with SQL, Tableau, and relational databases • Familiarity with Tableau or other BI platforms is required • Awareness of machine learning languages and data modeling, including Python, is a plus • Ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and prioritization skills • Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical management • Interest in sports, casinos, or consumer products
