📋 Description

• Drive automation initiatives delivering measurable business value across Penn Entertainment • Manage the full automation lifecycle, from identifying opportunities through delivering and optimizing solutions • Consider AI-supported solutions aligned with the company’s overall AI strategy • Partner with RPA specialists, AI strategists, and business leaders to identify opportunities and shape solutions • Identify and assess automation and process-improvement opportunities across business units • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand pain points, gather requirements, and prioritize initiatives by business impact • Work with internal development teams and external vendors to design, build, and implement automation solutions • Ensure automation and AI-supported solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned with company objectives and standards • Maintain an automation initiative portfolio balancing quick wins and longer-term strategic projects • Lead discovery sessions and maintain a self-service intake process for automation ideas • Evaluate opportunities using effort, risk, return on investment, compliance, and technical feasibility criteria • Oversee solution delivery and communication with internal teams and external partners • Manage vendor selection, onboarding, and performance tracking • Collaborate with engineering, data, security, and product teams to ensure integration and operational readiness • Define and track KPIs including hours saved, error reduction, cycle-time improvement, compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction • Monitor emerging automation and AI technologies and recommend new approaches • Support continuous improvement and operational excellence • Perform other duties as required

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience designing, building, and managing automation solutions, including workflow automation or scripting • Hands-on expertise with at least one leading automation platform, such as UiPath or Power Automate • Ability to evaluate existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement, increased efficiency, and automation • Demonstrated success delivering measurable business efficiency improvements through automation • Experience collaborating with internal engineering or development teams to deliver technical solutions • Experience managing external vendors or solution providers, including selection, onboarding, and performance management • Familiarity with evaluating and implementing AI-supported solutions for process improvement • Understanding of aligning AI-supported solutions with a company’s overall AI strategy • Strong program management and stakeholder influence skills • Ability to prioritize initiatives and drive projects to completion • Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value for technical and non-technical audiences • Experience in regulated or high-scale industries such as gaming, fintech, or entertainment is a plus • Strategic mindset, collaborative approach, and commitment to continuous improvement
