📋 Description

• Perform actuarial calculations and analyses supporting product development, financial management, reserving, experience studies, risk management, and other business initiatives • Analyze data, assumptions, and results, investigating and resolving issues as appropriate • Support actuarial research, audits, financial reporting, and regulatory or rating agency requests • Prepare documentation, reports, and presentations for management and internal or external stakeholders • Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements, including emerging technologies and AI-enabled tools • Partner with Accounting and Operations on cross-functional initiatives • Adhere to company policies, actuarial standards, and the internal controls framework

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree major/concentration in Actuarial Science, Mathematics or related discipline Required • 0-3 Years of experience Required • One exam toward the eventual attainment of ASA Required • Committed to pursuing the FSA designation Required • Good interpersonal skills • Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills • Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks/projects • Initiative and follow-through to meet deadlines • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to learn new skills and suggest process/procedure improvements
