📋 Description

• Independently manage standard and complex annuity new business transactions • Process application entry, requirements management, policy issuance, check processing, and suitability reviews • Respond to business partner, client, and financial professional inquiries • Research and resolve exceptions while coordinating with upstream and downstream partners • Document resolution steps and provide accurate status updates • Serve as a peer resource through guidance, knowledge sharing, and informal coaching • Monitor quality trends, identify rework drivers, and suggest process improvements • Support technology improvements through user testing • Partner cross-functionally to manage daily cases • Use Microsoft Copilot and AI-enabled tools for research, documentation, and productivity • Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, internal standards, and audit expectations • Maintain current knowledge of industry practices, products, and operational procedures • Complete required training and perform additional duties supporting organizational objectives

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in annuities, the insurance industry, or financial services operations • Experience with complex transaction processing and exception handling • High School Diploma/GED required • Strong working knowledge of operational workflows, policies, and system navigation • Strong organization and accuracy skills; ability to manage competing priorities independently • Ability to troubleshoot, interpret procedures, and resolve non-routine issues • Ability to adhere to SLAs and QA standards • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Customer service mindset and ability to collaborate across teams • Ability to mentor peers and share knowledge • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 • Basic proficiency with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot and Zoom AI • Ability to work independently in a full-time remote work environment • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience preferred • LOMA designation (FLMI, ALMI, ACS, etc.) preferred
