📋 Description
• Partner with the founding team, audit staff, engineers, and external partners • Execute on the broader vision of solving employee benefit plan audits • Build internal tools for engagements and reviews • Design data model for engagement and plan audits • Ensure security, reliability, and observability of the systems
🎯 Requirements
• Senior full-stack / product engineer with end-to-end system ownership • Strong in TypeScript/React and Node • Proficient in relational data modeling (Postgres/Supabase) • Treat security and data isolation as core engineering principles • Experience building internal tools or review/approval workflows • Comfortable being an early engineer with high autonomy and broad ownership
