📋 Description

• Support the Department of Defense’s next-generation enterprise Identity, Credential, and Access Management platform • Analyze business processes and document requirements for the AMASS program • Collaborate with cross-functional federal and contractor teams • Gather, validate, and document business, functional, and technical requirements • Develop user personas, use cases, workflow diagrams, wireframes, interface mockups, and functional specifications • Support mobile authentication, enrollment, account recovery, proxy access, and partner application integration • Analyze workflows and system processes to identify gaps, efficiencies, and improvement opportunities • Translate operational needs into actionable requirements for technical teams • Develop Requirements Traceability Matrices, business process documentation, user stories, functional specifications, and process maps • Support development, testing, and implementation through requirements traceability • Document mobile authentication user journeys and API integration guidance • Assist with backlog refinement, prioritization, and sprint planning in an Agile environment • Facilitate meetings, capture action items, and maintain communication across program teams • Ensure compliance with federal standards, program governance, and data security requirements • Provide ongoing support, reporting, and analytical insights to program managers and government stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years with BS/BA; 3 years with MS/MA; 0 years with PhD; or 9 years with a high school diploma • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance • U.S. Citizenship required • Experience as a Business Analyst on federal government programs • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, user story development, and requirement management tools • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly • Self-motivated and effective at working remotely • Preferred: Experience supporting DMDC, DoD, or personnel data systems • Preferred: Familiarity with AMASS or similar large-scale data matching programs • Preferred: Exposure to data analysis, SQL, or system integration activities
