📋 Description

• Work closely with program stakeholders to gather, validate, and document business, functional, and technical requirements • Develop user personas, use cases, workflow diagrams, wireframes, interface mockups, and functional specifications supporting mobile authentication, enrollment, account recovery, proxy access, and partner application integration • Analyze existing workflows and system processes to identify gaps, efficiencies, and improvement opportunities • Translate complex operational needs into clear, actionable requirements for technical teams • Develop use cases, workflow diagrams, Requirements Traceability Matrix • Support development, testing, and implementation by ensuring requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle • Prepare business process documentation, user stories, functional specifications, and process maps • Develop workflow diagrams and document mobile authentication user journeys • Document API integration guidance • Assist in backlog refinement, prioritization, and sprint planning in an Agile environment • Facilitate meetings, capture action items, and maintain clear communication across program teams • Ensure compliance with federal standards, program governance, and data security requirements • Provide ongoing support, reporting, and analytical insights to PMs and government stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years with BS/BA; 3 years with MS/MA; 0 years with PhD, 9 years with HS Diploma • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance • U.S. Citizenship required • Experience as a Business Analyst on federal government programs • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and documentation skills • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, user story development, and requirement management tools • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly • Self‑motivated and effective at working remotely.
