📋 Description

• Lead the elicitation, documentation, and analysis of complex business, functional, and system requirements • Facilitate stakeholder workshops, interviews, and cross-functional meetings to define business needs and priorities • Conduct detailed gap, impact, and process analyses to inform solution design • Translate requirements into user stories, process flows, wireframes, and decision models supporting development and implementation • Collaborate with product owners, project managers, developers, and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle • Drive continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies, proposing enhancements, and developing process documentation • Support organizational change management by defining communication plans, user training needs, and success metrics • Mentor junior analysts and contribute to business analysis standards and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years with BS/BA; 3 years with MS/MA; 0 years with PhD • Must be a US Citizen with a Public Trust • Proven success leading complex initiatives from discovery through delivery • Deep understanding of business analysis frameworks, methodologies, and tools • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey technical and business concepts to diverse audiences • Strong documentation skills, including experience writing BRDs, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria • Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, Excel, and PowerPoint • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without authority • Ability to mentor junior team members and contribute to best practices
