📋 Description

• Lead and support site surveys, site preparation, and system installation activities • Execute and support VCS system cutovers from legacy voice platforms to next-generation systems • Coordinate multiple ongoing VCS installation activities • Develop site installation plans • Provide on-site customer support and end-user orientation/training as needed • Maintain accurate technical documentation, service reports, and cutover records

🎯 Requirements

• US Citizenship with the ability to obtain/maintain a Public Trust Clearance • 5 years with BS/BA; 3 years with MS/MA; 0 years with PhD • Experience supporting site surveys and installation design efforts • Strong understanding of system architecture, integration, and technical baseline control • Experience developing or updating enterprise architecture documentation. • Knowledge of automation platforms and large-scale system integration • Background in requirements traceability and systems verification
