📋 Description

• Develops customer-centric communication strategies and collaborates with cross-functional teams • Gains insights to design marketing strategies and brand campaigns • Executes personalized account-based marketing and inbound marketing strategies • Manages relationships with editorial partners and other stakeholders • Provides regular metrics management and reporting on performance • Conducts market research and develops strategic plans • Drives collaboration among executive leadership, inside sales, and business development • Manages the annual marketing budget and oversees conference marketing

🎯 Requirements

• 7-10 years of marketing leadership, preferably in the life science industry • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or equivalent experience • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills • Willing and enthusiastic to travel for events • Comfortable interacting with executive leaders and stakeholders • Previous experience managing direct reports • Self-motivated and resourceful leader with excellent organizational skills
