📋 Description

• Manage long-range planning, annual budgeting, and monthly reporting/forecasting • Prepare management reporting packages and variance commentary for corporate FP&A leadership • Support senior finance leadership with business reviews highlighting risks and opportunities • Propose actions to improve growth and profitability • Support quarter-close and month-end close activities from an FP&A perspective • Partner with Accounting on timely, accurate results • Consolidate business-unit submissions into corporate-level budget and forecast files • Partner with business unit finance teams to ensure consistency in reporting definitions and methodology

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business • 7+ years of related business experience in Finance (FP&A) with a track record of graduated and scalable success • Experience with SAP, Oracle EPM and Business Objects • Strong proficiency with financial systems and applications • Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office applications • Ability to navigate through ambiguity, show initiative, and manage conflict and difficult conversations • Ability to assess priorities and manage/complete multiple complex activities in a time-sensitive environment
