📋 Description

• Consult with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to understand job requirements and develop strategic sourcing strategies • Conduct active candidate searches while reviewing incoming applicants • Build networks and community relationships to attract passive applicants • Deliver a high-touch candidate and stakeholder experience • Maintain excellent communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the process • Oversee candidate process flow, including timely scheduling and feedback • Maintain recruiting KPIs and SLAs and proactively achieve customer and employee expectations • Ensure work complies with PerkinElmer, corporate HR procedures and specified timeframes • Ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment and interviewing regulations, including pre- and post-hire documentation • Perform other HR or recruiting tasks as required by Leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree • 7+ years of full lifecycle recruiting in a contract, corporate and/or agency environment • 2–3 years of agency recruiting and/or experience recruiting fully billable consultants • 3+ years of executive-level recruiting • Proven track record implementing full recruiting lifecycle strategies for exempt and non-exempt candidates • Experience recruiting across multiple U.S. states, with understanding of regional labor markets and talent strategies • Strong knowledge of U.S. recruiting compliance, including EEO, OFCCP, FCRA, pay transparency and state-specific requirements • Ability to manage up and down the organizational chart, influence senior leaders and support junior contributors • Experience recruiting in pharmaceutical, biotech, GMP manufacturing or engineering sectors preferred • Candidates located in Eastern or Central U.S. time zones strongly preferred • High degree of technical competence and creativity • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems; Workday is a plus • Ability to source passive and niche candidates using technology-based recruiting techniques • Knowledge/experience using job boards, social media, direct sourcing and referral programs • Proficiency in skill- and behavioral-based interviewing • Strong interpersonal, persuasion and negotiation skills and ability to collaborate across the company • Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis • PerkinElmer will not sponsor current or future work visas for this position • Position may require significant travel • Cannot be employed with an invalid driver’s license
