• Lead local market-level planning and execution of net sales, pricing compliance, and execution of brand standards • Leverage data & analytics tools to assess performance and identify growth opportunities • Manage key account relationships and ensure execution of national and local programs • Partner with distributor leadership and internal teams to build and execute local plans aligned with financial goals and KPIs • Coordinate with Customer Success, Field Marketing, and Chains teams to support sell-through and activation efforts • Track forecasts, manage local pricing strategies, and provide monthly performance updates
• Bachelor’s degree highly preferred • 5–7 years of sales experience in wine, spirits, or consumer goods • Strong track record of distributor management • Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills • Experience using data tools
