📋 Description

• Establish and maintain relationships with patient organizations and professional societies supporting the Amyloidosis/ATTR-CM and SCD communities • Develop and implement stakeholder initiatives aligned with therapeutic-area strategic priorities • Advance partnerships with patient and professional organizations to deliver insights and leadership • Build relationships with advocacy groups and community partners across ATTR-CM and SCD • Align national brand strategies with patient engagement initiatives and partnerships • Develop advocacy and community forums addressing patient needs • Steward Pfizer’s Council for Sickle Cell CHANGE and guide its evolution toward a sustainable multi-company coalition • Gather metrics, trends, and insights to inform senior leadership of achievements and KPIs • Provide patient and professional alliances content and expertise during strategic planning • Drive patient-centered health equity advocacy strategies for ATTR-CM, heart failure, and SCD • Build Pfizer’s leadership framework in the ATTR-CM community with the Patient Engagement Lead and Brand Team • Translate patient landscape and dynamics into strategic imperatives for commercial and cross-functional teams • Manage ATTR-CM organization relationships and mobilize cross-functional workstreams across marketing, sales/KAM, public affairs, and medical • Lead cardiovascular equity partnerships and advocacy initiatives focused on awareness, diagnosis, care access, and patient support • Serve as Pfizer’s advocacy lead for the Council for Sickle Cell CHANGE and provide direction across its three workstreams • Develop and disseminate care-improvement blueprints and lead coalition transition, partner readiness, Terms of Reference, and governance • Manage agency and governance vendors, including scope, deliverables, budgets, and cost-sharing • Connect Council insights to Pfizer’s SCD patient engagement strategy • Travel significantly, up to 50%, to develop internal and external relationships

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees such as MBA preferred • Minimum of 10+ years of pharmaceutical commercial experience, including account management, sales, marketing, or business operations • ATTR and/or Sickle Cell Disease experience required • Experience working successfully in a matrix environment • Significant experience in the Specialty Care marketplace • Experience leading or participating in multi-stakeholder coalitions, alliances, councils, or consortia is strongly preferred • Ability to generate deep, targeted customer insights and integrate them into business decisions • Ability to align customized solutions to brand priorities across two therapeutic areas • Demonstrated initiative and strong strategic and leadership skills • Solid analytical and strategic thinking; ability to translate strategy and analysis into executable tactics • Ability to synthesize complex information and distill customer-driven insights • Ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders • Strong project and process management skills, including vendor/agency management and program budget stewardship • Skilled in coalition governance and facilitation • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to manage multiple projects across two therapeutic areas • Broad understanding of Pfizer’s Specialty Care Businesses and relationships with commercial partners • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills across multiple functions at a senior level • Professional maturity and presence with advanced written and verbal communication skills • Patient-centric focus, trust, integrity, and cultural humility when engaging underserved communities • Candidates must be authorized to be employed in the U.S. by any employer • Permanent work authorization in the United States required; U.S. work visa sponsorship is unavailable
