📋 Description

• Drive sales in the assigned territory • Engage customers face to face and virtually • Develop and implement business and territory call plans • Identify and implement live and virtual engagement strategies • Build rapport and relationships with customers in live and virtual environments • Use digital tools to maintain effective customer engagement • Leverage internal reports and analytics to identify, develop, and implement strategic business opportunities • Educate providers on unbranded and branded product value propositions for relevant patient populations • Strategically use approved disease-state information and patient resources • Collaborate across the organization to address customer inquiries and advance Pfizer objectives • Complete administrative expectations on time and compliantly

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree, or associate’s degree with 6+ years of experience, or high school diploma (or equivalent) with 8+ years of relevant experience • Minimum 2 years of experience in professional sales, promotional activity, small business ownership or entrepreneurship, marketing, customer service/account management, relevant healthcare/scientific roles, education, or full-time military experience • Must live within 25 miles of the border of the territory • Valid US driver’s license and driving record compliant with company standards • Any DUI/DWI or other impaired-driving citation within the past 7 years disqualifies the candidate from being hired • Preferred: 1 year of pharmaceutical, biotech, medical sales, and/or medical-related marketing experience • Strong track record of sales or marketing success • Strong territory management skills • Outstanding communication skills • Demonstrated teamwork, leadership ability, and accountability • Experience with applicable disease states, therapeutic area, and products • Knowledge of posted territory customers and markets • Preferred residence within the territory boundaries • Candidates must be authorized to be employed in the U.S. by any employer • Permanent work authorization in the United States required; U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future
