📋 Description

• Serve as a guide for Immunoglobulin patients and caregivers across the East U.S. territory • Provide compliant education and navigation resources about the disease landscape, treatment preparation, treatment expectations, and available support resources • Act as the single point of contact and liaison to internal and external resources • Compliantly triage patients to applicable reimbursement support resources without providing reimbursement case management • Assist patients in navigating diagnosis, treatment initiation, ongoing therapy, and local support systems • Coordinate with the IG Advocacy Lead, Specialty Infusion Pharmacies Account Directors, FAS, Sales, Field Medical, and other cross-functional partners • Provide education and guidance through phone calls, emails, texts, virtual engagement, and in-person engagement • Use motivational interviewing to identify patient needs and goals and tailor engagement over time • Provide educational materials about CIDP and treatments • Connect patients and caregivers with local health and wellness resources and organizations • Attend and present approved education at Pfizer-sponsored patient advocacy group events and other local, regional, and national events • Deliver an overview of the Community Navigator role and Pfizer patient support resources • Provide educational content and resources to local support groups • Operate within compliance guardrails and triage and escalation pathways • Provide aggregated local insights to inform development of patient engagement and support materials • Schedule and organize travel and order materials for events • Work toward measurable goals for patient engagement, education delivery, and program impact

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. or B.A. degree is required • Minimum 8 years of pharmaceutical industry or related experience • Preferably experience in rare autoimmune diseases • Experience demonstrating exceptional communication and listening skills • Platform-trained speaker experience • Demonstrated ability to work in a highly regulated environment and follow strict compliance guidelines and procedures • Proven collaboration with diverse customers, clients, and stakeholders • Experience in responsible business practices and compassionate written and spoken communication • Understanding of Pfizer and industry compliance guidelines for working with Medical, Access, and Reimbursement colleagues • Ability to deliver meaningful and concise presentations with integrity and empathy • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and business skills • Ability to travel at least 50%; events are primarily on weekends and evenings • Clinical background is highly preferred, such as RN, APRN, NP, ARNP, ACSW, LCSW, or MPH • Extensive knowledge of rare autoimmune diseases such as CIDP, PI, and DM and associated Rare Disease communities • Must reside within the East U.S. territory • Proficiency with CRM tools such as POLARIS CRM • Must be authorized to be employed in the U.S. by any employer • U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future • Requires permanent work authorization in the United States
