📋 Description
• Develop retail strategies and marketing initiatives • Lead development and delivery of retail channel-specific resources • Provide marketing leadership and collaborate with Retail Pharmacy Team and Trade Account Director team • Support development and implementation of annual operating and tactical plans • Manage retail marketing A&P budget • Be a patient-focused team player and exemplify the Pfizer values.
🎯 Requirements
• Must have a bachelor's degree with at least 8+ years of experience • Minimum 7+ years commercial/marketing experience required including US pharma experience • Strong familiarity with US retail pharmacy market landscape • Good understanding of retail pharmacy workflow • Experience in developing initiatives to effectively engage and educate retail pharmacy patients/consumers • Demonstrated innovation champion • Established business acumen and pharma industry/vaccines business knowledge. • Nice-to-Have Master's degree with at least 7+ years of experience; OR a PhD with 5+ years of experience, OR a MD with 4+ years of experience • Preference for recent Retail marketing experience or Retail field accounts management experience. • Ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others.
