📋 Description

• Launch new products and determine optimal strategies for managing business relationships • Understand formulary access and engage in product promotion within assigned accounts • Develop relationships with assigned customers, Therapeutic Area Specialists, and Key Opinion Leaders • Gain access to, call on, and educate high-value clinicians, influencers, and decision makers across health systems and assigned accounts • Gather customer and market insights compliantly • Develop and implement business and territory call plans • Build rapport and relationships with KOLs and customers in virtual and face-to-face environments • Engage key customers to grow business and drive product demand through education • Deliver targeted, approved messaging and communicate product value propositions • Educate providers on disease states, products, reimbursement, patient assistance, hub programs, and copay resources • Present approved terms of sale or contract terms and answer on-label questions • Collaborate with Field Medical, Reimbursement, and Key Account Management colleagues • Use triage protocols and digital tools to connect customers with subject matter experts • Share customer insights with leadership and contribute to local market planning • Drive sales across assigned health systems, affiliated institutions, medical groups, and healthcare professionals • Contribute insights, relationship management, and pull-through activities to the Integrated Account Team • Navigate changes in the healthcare landscape and develop strategic account selling and management skills

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree • Minimum 3 years of previous pharmaceutical, biotech, medical marketing, promotional, sales, or relevant experience • History of marketing, promotional, or sales success • Strong territory management skills • Outstanding communication skills • Demonstrated teamwork, leadership ability, and accountability • Must live within 25 miles of the border of the territory • Valid U.S. driver’s license and driving record compliant with company standards • Any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citation within the past 7 years disqualifies hiring • Demonstrated leadership across peer groups and ability to sell within specialized markets using third-party reimbursement and service centers • Advanced knowledge of disease states, therapeutic areas, and products preferred • Strategic account marketing, promotional, sales, and management skills preferred • Ability to develop comprehensive territory, account, and customer plans preferred • Strong business acumen, problem-solving, strategic thinking, data analysis, and project management skills preferred • Excellent planning, prioritization, communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills preferred • Ability to work in a matrix environment and leverage multiple resources preferred • Strong organizational and analytical skills, including analyzing sales data and call-reporting software/applications preferred • Ability to learn and use new technology preferred • Must be authorized to be employed in the U.S. by any employer • Permanent work authorization in the United States required • U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future
