📋 Description

• Drive customer engagement and sales performance through effective in-person and virtual interactions across primary care accounts • Build compliant relationships with healthcare providers, advanced practice providers, care team members, and office/clinic staff within assigned accounts and health systems • Deliver approved promotional and disease-state messaging to support appropriate Primary Care product use and address customer needs • Leverage product, disease, and market knowledge to identify opportunities, prioritize accounts, and support appropriate pathways of care • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to address customer needs, remove access barriers, and advance Primary Care business objectives • Use digital tools and insights to plan, execute, and optimize primary care territory activities • Reside within a workable distance of all points of business within the assigned territory • Travel to all accounts and office locations within the territory • Stay overnight as necessary depending on territory size and business need

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree OR an associate’s degree with 8+ years of work experience OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 10+ years of work experience • Minimum of 3 years in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales, pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device marketing, or aligned therapeutic specific healthcare provider experience • Valid US driver’s license and driving record in compliance with company standards • Any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citation within the past 7 years will disqualify you from being hired • Must be authorized to be employed in the U.S. by any employer • Permanent work authorization in the United States required • U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future • Preferred: 2–5+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales experience, preferably Primary Care or broad-based specialty roles • Preferred: Advanced knowledge of disease states, therapeutic areas, and products • Preferred: Strong strategic selling, account marketing, and territory management skills • Preferred: Ability to develop and execute comprehensive territory and account plans • Preferred: Business acumen, including strategic thinking, problem solving, data analysis, and prioritization • Preferred: Ability to engage, influence, and support customers across the sales and promotional process • Preferred: Experience working in a matrix environment with collaboration, change agility, and effective use of resources
