📋 Description

• Lead tactical execution of sponsorships and regional activation of national advocacy partnerships • Coordinate, present, and lead educational programming at patient community and advocacy events • Deliver above-brand, disease-state education to patients and caregivers • Coordinate Field Medical and other cross-functional partners to present approved content • Connect patients and caregivers to relevant advocacy resources and support • Oversee major patient programs and drive strategic initiatives • Coordinate with regional, local, Business Unit, OPSA, and A&PR teams • Manage sponsorship/exhibit funding requests and associated budgets • Coordinate project plans, timelines, and deliverables • Capture and report post-event patient insights, impact, and metrics • Serve as a subject matter expert on the oncology advocacy and professional relations ecosystem • Share knowledge, best practices, and local insights across Pfizer • Identify solutions to complex problems, champion innovation, and implement new ideas and processes • Represent Pfizer’s above-brand initiatives at local, regional, and national advocacy events • Organize event travel and materials

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree required • 6+ years of US pharmaceutical industry and/or advocacy experience • Oncology advocacy preferred • Strong project management skills in a matrixed, cross-functional environment • High learning agility and ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous, and evolving settings • Strong relationship management and written/verbal communication skills • Strong understanding of CP208 • Ability to prioritize time, resources, and external partnerships • Self-awareness, change agility, and ability to influence without authority • Willingness to travel up to 50%; field-based • Ability to travel • Weekend and evening hours may be required • Flexibility to travel 40–50% of the time • Valid US driver’s license and driving record compliant with company standards • Any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citation within the past 7 years will disqualify the candidate • Candidates must be authorized to be employed in the U.S. by any employer • Permanent work authorization in the United States required • U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future
