📋 Description

• Identify clinical research sites and organizations that consistently deliver key performance metrics for assigned therapeutic areas • Develop long-term partnerships combining organizational strengths and resources to accelerate development and provide greater customer value • Act as enterprise point of contact with strategic site partners and offer customizable, mutually beneficial partnership models • Provide operational excellence through information transparency, tailored support, and senior leader access • Partner on new innovations and capabilities • Establish stronger quality guardrails with partners • Reduce startup-task and activity timelines in partnership with GSSO • Lead discussions with C-suite site contacts to strengthen relationships and identify opportunities • Maintain productive relationships with internal and external decision makers • Address enterprise-level relationship concerns, support customer satisfaction, and resolve or mitigate issues with CD&O colleagues • Implement KPIs for strategic partners and site networks, assess performance annually, and determine the go-forward path • Support implementation of site partnership strategy within assigned therapeutic areas or region, aligning with global objectives and providing operational guidance

🎯 Requirements

• A medical or scientific or technical degree in the healthcare field required; candidates generally hold a BS/BSc/MS/MSc or equivalent • Sufficient Therapeutic Area knowledge to allow for meaningful HCP discussions • 12+ years broad based experience of drug development, clinical trial conduct, global clinical trial operations, working knowledge of GCP, and thorough understanding of Pfizer processes and standards, with growth toward senior leadership positions • Must be fluent in English • Demonstrated strong executive relationship building and influence and experience working with the C-suite within the healthcare industry • Proven track record of managing business-to-business relationships with healthcare systems and establishing, negotiating and managing complex strategic contracts • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; demonstrated result orientation, tenacity, and follow-through • Ability to systematically evaluate and prioritize multiple business opportunities within a therapeutic area and strong business acumen • Ability to succeed in a matrixed environment with flexibility and collaborate across CD&O, Country Operations, and Site Operations • High degree of influencing skills • Proven track record of effective self-management and driving results • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong customer and business partner relationships • Ability to deal with high levels of ambiguity and work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment • Data-driven leadership experience leveraging metrics, KPIs, and analytics to create accountability structures • Breadth of diverse leadership experiences, including influencing and collaborating with peers, developing and coaching others, and overseeing and guiding colleagues’ work • Candidates must be authorized to be employed in the U.S. by any employer • U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future • This position requires permanent work authorization in the United States
