📋 Description

• Lead Field Medical Insights Generation • Ensure a frictionless medical content journey from ideation through approval and colleague training • Lead design, development, and implementation of data analytics and related assets for HCP identification and prioritization • Lead assigned therapeutic-area and Field Medical Outcomes group-wide initiatives • Collaborate with Field Medical Outcomes, Field Medical Directors, Brand Medical Affairs, Global Product Development, Medical Operations and Analytics, commercial, legal, regulatory, policy, and corporate affairs teams • Assess complex field medical projects for alignment with brand and medical strategy and scale deliverables for other customers • Represent Pfizer Medical Affairs with external physician-based professional associations and societies • Develop FMO strategic and tactical plans and annual medical objectives • Conduct SWOT analyses, identify strategies and tactics, and develop budgets • Conduct advisory boards and qualitative research • Develop, review, submit, and maintain FMO medical resources and materials • Coordinate permissions, copyrights, review comments, production, warehousing, and resource access • Train FMO colleagues on resources and monitor resource expiration and performance • Collaborate on medical affairs strategies, product launches, integrated evidence plans, publications, abstracts, posters, and presentations • Partner with commercial leadership and contribute to national account operating plans • Engage external opinion leaders, partners, agencies, stakeholders, and healthcare associations • Develop strategic medical partnerships to improve patient outcomes • Manage resources and ensure compliance with reporting requirements, SOPs, and Corporate Integrity Agreement guidelines

🎯 Requirements

• Terminal Doctorate degree required (PharmD, PhD) • 7 or more years of relevant experience • Significant experience in clinical patient care, formulary management, medical account management, and pharmacoeconomic and outcomes research • Strong methodological skills in study design, data analysis, and interpretation • Minimum of 3 out of 5: leading a matrix organization; pharmaceutical industry experience; healthcare quality improvement project experience; people management in a healthcare environment; data analytics/pharmacoeconomic and outcomes research • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Strong analytic skills • Experience analyzing healthcare data, including RWE, claims, and electronic health records • Strong scientific communication skills • Ability to prioritize multiple demands and use situational leadership • Excellent interpersonal and conflict-management skills • Ability to manage projects in a remote environment • Ability to work in a matrixed, multidisciplinary team • Ability to lead and manage change • Ability to use digital technology and record medical interactions • Must be authorized to be employed in the U.S. by any employer • Permanent work authorization in the United States required • U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future • Ability to travel up to 30%, including overnight travel
