📋 Description

• Promote the Vaccines Portfolio across customers and channels • Launch new products and develop strategies to manage business relationships • Understand and secure formulary access • Engage in product promotion within the assigned geography • Drive sales in the assigned territory to maximize approved business objectives • Engage with customers face to face and virtually • Develop and implement business and territory call plans • Identify and implement live and virtual customer engagement strategies • Build rapport and relationships with customers in live and virtual environments • Use digital tools and internal reports and analytics to identify strategic business opportunities • Leverage approved product and disease-state information and patient resources compliantly • Demonstrate market knowledge and identify barriers and drivers across relevant business channels • Collaborate with Field Medical, Account Management, and other cross-functional colleagues • Complete administrative expectations, including customer call entry, expense submissions, and responses to internal requests

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree • Minimum 2 years of experience in professional sales or promotional activity; small business owner or other entrepreneurial experience; marketing, customer service and/or account management; relevant healthcare/scientific roles; educator experience; or full-time military experience • Alternative: associate’s degree with 6+ years of experience • Alternative: high school diploma (or equivalent) with 8+ years of relevant experience • Must live within 25 miles of the border of the territory • Valid US driver’s license and driving record in compliance with company standards • Any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citation within the past 7 years will disqualify you from being hired • Candidates must be authorized to be employed in the U.S. by any employer • Permanent work authorization in the United States required • U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future
