📋 Description

• Promote the Vaccines Portfolio across customers and channels • Drive sales in the assigned territory to maximize approved business objectives • Engage with customers face to face and virtually • Develop and implement effective business and territory call plans • Identify and implement live and virtual engagement strategies • Build rapport and relationships with customers in live and virtual environments • Utilize digital and virtual tools and multi-platforms for customer engagement • Leverage internal reports and analytics to identify, develop and implement strategic business opportunities • Compliantly leverage approved product and disease state information and patient resources • Demonstrate market knowledge and uncover barriers and drivers across Public Health, Private Market, Retail and other relevant channels • Collaborate with Field Medical, Account Management and other cross-functional colleagues to address customer inquiries and advance Pfizer objectives • Complete administrative expectations, including entering customer calls, submitting expenses and responding to requests from sales leadership, managers and internal partners

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree OR an associate’s degree with 6+ years of experience OR high school diploma (or equivalent) with 8+ years of relevant experience • Minimum 2 years of experience in professional sales or promotional activity; small business owner or other entrepreneurial experience; marketing, customer service and/or account management; relevant healthcare/scientific roles; educator roles; or full-time military experience • Must live within 25 miles of the border of the territory • Valid US driver’s license and driving record in compliance with company standards • Any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citation within the past 7 years will disqualify you from being hired • At least 1 year of pharmaceutical, biotech, medical sales and/or medical-related marketing experience preferred • Strong track record of sales or marketing success and strong territory management skills preferred • Experience with Vaccines therapeutic area and products preferred • Knowledge of posted territory customers and markets preferred • Reside within the territory boundaries preferred • Candidates must be authorized to be employed in the U.S. by any employer • This position requires permanent work authorization in the United States • U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available for this role now or in the future
