📋 Description
• Advance SpringHill’s mission by building meaningful relationships with donors • Cultivate, solicit, and steward major gifts ($15,000+) and mid-level donors ($5,000–$15,000) • Manage a focused portfolio of donors and prospects • Participate in fundraising events for donor engagement • Serve as an ambassador for SpringHill at various events and meetings • Collaborate with teams to capture impactful stories
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related field preferred • 3+ years of experience in fundraising, sales, or donor relations • Exceptional relationship-building skills with strong emotional intelligence • Ability to inspire donors through authentic storytelling and impact-driven conversations • Proficiency in CRM/database systems for donor management and tracking • A proactive, highly motivated self-starter who thrives in a goal-driven environment
