📋 Description

• Ensure all scholars master the academic and social skills necessary to succeed • Set ambitious student achievement goals and hold scholars accountable for accomplishing them • Create a powerful learning environment • Plan and deliver rigorous instruction • Assess for mastery • Track scholar progress and intervene or pivot as necessary • Support scholars’ academic and social-emotional success • Achieve key deliverables including projected Science growth, scholar satisfaction, persistence, attendance, and growth for scholars below grade level • Provide 100% live daily teaching in an online K–12 school environment

🎯 Requirements

• Passion for working with students and families in under-served communities • Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university • Appropriate endorsements, if applicable • Valid State Teacher License • Effective pedagogical skills driven by standards and data-driven assessment • Experience tracking and using data to drive instruction • Ability to satisfy physical requirements including extended standing/walking, climbing stairs, lifting 10 pounds, bending, and reaching
