📋 Description

• Lead strategic discovery across client accounts to uncover business priorities, technical challenges, and opportunities • Translate client priorities into scalable Data & AI architectures, roadmaps, and expanded engagement opportunities • Serve as a senior technical advisor and trusted partner to client executives and technical leaders • Shape account strategy, strengthen relationships, and identify opportunities for additional client value • Recommend architecture, tooling, implementation approaches, and technical trade-offs • Shape solution strategy, scope new opportunities, contribute to proposals and SOWs, and partner with account and sales leaders • Lead and oversee delivery of enterprise Data & AI solutions across strategic accounts • Ensure architectural quality and client outcomes while guiding engineering teams • Identify technical and account risks and create paths from successful delivery to account growth • Leverage AI across software delivery to improve solution design, productivity, documentation, testing, troubleshooting, and client outcomes • Help clients identify and prioritize practical AI opportunities • Mentor architects and engineers through technical coaching, design reviews, hiring, onboarding, and technical enablement • Raise the technical and consulting capabilities of the broader organization

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Data Engineering, or related consulting roles • Experience operating as a senior technical leader across complex enterprise client accounts • Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise Data & AI solutions into production within cloud environments • Experience owning technical strategy and outcomes across multiple projects, workstreams, or client initiatives • Demonstrated experience delivering with AI throughout the software delivery lifecycle • Strong consulting experience leading technical discovery, solution architecture, executive client engagements, and account growth • Experience identifying opportunities, shaping solutions, contributing to proposals and SOWs, and helping generate revenue • Hands-on experience with cloud and data platforms including Snowflake, Databricks, Google BigQuery, AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform • Hands-on experience with data engineering technologies including Python, SQL, Java and/or Scala, Spark, Kafka, Airflow, dbt, Fivetran, Matillion, or similar technologies • Experience with CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, observability, and monitoring • Experience incorporating AI into engineering and solution delivery using Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, Snowflake Cortex AI, AWS Bedrock, LangChain, LangGraph, or similar platforms and frameworks • Industry certifications across Snowflake, AWS, Azure, GCP, Anthropic, and/or Databricks are preferred • Contributions to technical communities through speaking, writing, open source, or internal enablement are preferred
