📋 Description

• Provide service and account management support for clients in a region • Take water tests and on-site readings for chlorine, temperature, pH, and residual oxidant • Maintain water monitoring equipment and perform minor equipment maintenance • Collect building water samples and send them to a laboratory for cultures • Assist in maintaining Comprehensive Water Management Programs • Analyze microbiological and water chemistry data • Respond quickly, professionally, and accurately to client requests • Travel to client sites within the region and occasionally support other regions • After full training, potentially mentor or train peers to support knowledge sharing and team development

🎯 Requirements

• Candidates must live near Syracuse, Ithaca, Corning, Cortland, or Elmira, NY • Background in science, engineering, or mathematics preferred • Ability to learn how to use equipment that measures pH, temperature, and residual oxidant in water • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills • Self-motivated and directed; “Can do” attitude • Strong desire to learn new concepts • Commitment to high ethical standards and a diverse workplace • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, continually changing business and work environment while managing multiple priorities • Understanding and use of MS Office, Gmail, and various Google applications • Ability to travel to client sites within approximately 100 miles of Syracuse, NY • Ability to wear PPE when required • Ability to walk extensively around client sites, climb stairs or ladders, and lift up to 25 pounds • Must verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire
