📋 Description

• Provide telephone and remote clinical application support to internal and external customers for Patient Care Monitoring Systems • Deliver end-to-end clinical application support for patient monitoring solutions • Troubleshoot complex clinical application issues using advanced remote access technologies • Manage escalations through resolution • Provide on-site support during critical customer situations as needed • Own issue resolution and improve customer satisfaction and company profitability • Submit individual scorecards accurately and on time • Maintain complete and precise data entry in required systems • Use call center tools to monitor responsiveness and meet service level expectations • Manage company assets, including training, tools, equipment, travel, and expenses, according to company policies • Provide structured feedback and product improvement recommendations to product management • Serve as a clinical subject matter expert and collaborative team partner • Assess complex clinical issues, gather and analyze data, and partner with Technical Support Engineers on action plans • Share knowledge with peers and internal stakeholders • Contribute to knowledge-based tools and complete required product and clinical training • Own individual development planning with leadership and identify growth opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing or Medical Technology required • Must be registered and in good standing with appropriate credentialing body • A minimum of five (5) years of clinical experience preferred • A minimum of three (3) years of experience in a clinical phone support environment preferred • Excellent customer service, communication, multi-tasking and prioritization • Ability to work with minimal supervision • Advanced knowledge of clinical applications within Patient Monitoring • Scheduled on-call availability will be required • Ability to successfully perform minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation • US work authorization is a precondition of employment • Candidates must not require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa, now or in the future
