📋 Description

• Serve as the frontline remote technical expert for healthcare customers and field teams • Deliver rapid diagnostics and issue resolution • Provide remote technical support and diagnostics using advanced remote access technologies • Respond to customer inquiries as a Philips representative • Resolve service issues using internal tools, systems, and knowledge resources • Escalate complex product issues to higher-level support • Use remote capabilities to reduce the need for onsite service dispatch • Work with a variety of Philips products

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of remote software system experience • Solid background in structured query language (SQL) • Experience with Windows server environments • Computer networking skills • Technical solutions authoring skills • Ability to solve mechanical and electrical issues • Associate degree or higher; technical discipline preferred • Ability to successfully perform minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements with or without accommodation • US work authorization required • Must not require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa now or in the future • Must reside in the United States
