📋 Description

• Support Project Managers in planning and executing cross-functional API research, development, and manufacturing projects • Maintain project plans, schedules, timelines, action-item logs, and project management tools • Coordinate project meetings, agendas, decisions, action items, and follow-ups • Track project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and key activities • Gather updates from cross-functional technical, operational, quality, regulatory, and other teams • Assist with project scopes, work plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables • Support U.S. Government contract activities and track contractual milestones, deliverables, reporting requirements, and commitments • Prepare status reports, dashboards, presentations, and project communications • Maintain organized and accurate project documentation and records • Identify and escalate project risks, issues, and dependencies • Track project resources, expenditures, and financial information • Support change management by documenting scope, schedule, deliverable, and responsibility changes • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to complete project activities and deliverables • Help maintain standardized project management processes, templates, and tools • Monitor follow-up items and commitments • Support continuous improvement of project management processes • Develop knowledge of Phlow's technical, manufacturing, contractual, and operational activities • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, Science, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, operations, manufacturing, R&D, or a related field • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills • Excellent attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and deliverables in a fast-paced environment • Experience coordinating across cross-functional teams and following up on action items and commitments • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams • Ability to identify and escalate project risks, issues, and delays • Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, chemical manufacturing, or a technical environment preferred
