📋 Description

• Direct the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of specific projects • Ensure project alignment with company strategy, commitments, and goals • Plan and evaluate project activities while applying Agile practices • Manage tier 3 projects as Project Manager I • Serve as a point of contact for project stakeholders • Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders • Lead projects from initiation to closure • Define resource requirements and develop project plans • Track project deliverables and milestones using appropriate tools • Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders • Provide oversight, mentoring, and training as a Project Manager II • Facilitate iterative planning, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration • Support Agile adoption using Scrum or Kanban and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps • Work with department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects and programs • Provide direction and support to project teams • Present reports on project progress, problems, and solutions • Assemble and coordinate project staff • Monitor and coordinate resource allocation • Collaborate with project managers and resource managers to address project portfolio needs • Oversee project portfolio content and ensure projects and processes follow standards

🎯 Requirements

• Project Manager I: High School Diploma or equivalent and 5 years of related experience; or Associate’s Degree or equivalent and 3 years of related experience; or Bachelor’s Degree • Project Manager II: High School Diploma or equivalent and 7 years of related experience; or Associate’s Degree or equivalent and 5 years of related experience; or Bachelor’s Degree and 3 years of related experience; or Master’s Degree • Knowledge of theoretical and practical aspects of project management • Ability to obtain and utilize sensitive information discreetly and objectively • Correct English usage, including spelling, grammar, vocabulary, and punctuation • Ability to read, interpret, and input data efficiently and accurately • Effective oral and written communication • Ability to organize and prioritize work • Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative • Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently • Ability to meet definite deadlines and deal with pressure situations • Effective use of computers and related software • Ability to determine when to escalate concerns to the appropriate level of management • Ability and flexibility to work longer hours when workload fluctuations occur • Preferred: Experience in Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet • Project Manager II preferred: Successful completion of Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
