📋 Description

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions • Coach Scrum Team members and stakeholders on Agile values, Scrum practices, accountability, and continuous improvement • Partner with Product Owners to improve backlog readiness, story clarity, acceptance criteria quality, and prioritization discipline • Identify, remove, or escalate impediments that affect sprint goals, release timelines, team productivity, or solution quality • Track delivery health through Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown, cycle time, sprint goal achievement, and team capacity • Support distributed teams using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar workflow platforms • Coordinate dependencies, risks, blockers, and stakeholder expectations across business and technical workstreams • Promote continuous improvement and disciplined delivery aligned with federal contracting expectations

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience serving as a Scrum Master, Agile delivery lead, or comparable role supporting software or platform teams • Demonstrated experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching cross-functional teams in Scrum practices • Experience supporting IT modernization, application delivery, systems integration, digital transformation, or technology implementation initiatives • Working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or equivalent workflow management platforms • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
