📋 Description
• Serve as front-line support for the Patient Connection Center within Piedmont Healthcare • Pre-register and schedule physician visits and moderately complex hospital services • Coordinate multiple resources for patient services • Be available to be scheduled on any weekday to staff various service lines • Provide coverage for paid time off, leaves of absence, and unanticipated staffing gaps
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required • 2 years of related customer service experience required • 1 year of experience demonstrating proficiency in scheduling or preregistering patients required • No licenses or certifications required
