📋 Description
• Serve as front-line support for the Patient Connection Center within Piedmont Healthcare • Pre-register and schedule moderately complex procedures • Coordinate multiple resources for patient services
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required • 2 years of related customer-facing experience, preferably in healthcare required • Experience demonstrating proficiency in scheduling or preregistering patients required • No licenses or certifications required
