📋 Description

• Conduct individual file audits within the department’s Quality Program across underwriting, audit, and customer service departments • Gather and analyze data from quality reviews • Promote quality awareness and adherence to procedures • Identify trends, coaching opportunities, and training opportunities • Apply integrative thinking to identify underlying needs and develop training for team members • Assist with facilitating and presenting trainings across departments • Coordinate and participate in quality meetings, consistency checks, and calibration sessions • Support LOA framework documentation, including mapping authority levels and coordinating updates with operational stakeholders • Provide guidance on processes, systems, regulatory requirements, and company expectations • Participate in process improvement teams, projects, and problem-solving processes • Provide guidance on new procedures and systems and ensure departmental adoption

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred • 3+ years of related professional experience, such as insurance quality analyst, underwriting, or premium audit experience • Comprehensive knowledge of workers compensation in multiple states and general insurance knowledge • Strong attention to detail and ability to review files accurately and consistently across high volumes • Clear written and verbal communication skills, including documenting findings and providing constructive feedback • Ability to manage work across multiple departments and shifting priorities simultaneously • Experience with project management or workflow tools such as Jira and documentation platforms such as Confluence preferred • Experience communicating in internal chat platforms such as Slack or Teams • Must live and work in the United States, excluding territories • Access to reliable, high-speed internet
