• Deliver field strategy and execution for the commercial launch of allogeneic cell therapy Tabelecleucel (tab-cel) • Achieve national sales targets and oversee account team performance • Develop treatment site activation strategy and customer engagement model • Lead and develop the cell therapy account team and ensure execution supporting appropriate patient treatment • Collaborate with the CCO, Head of Value and Access, and cross-functional leaders • Motivate, engage, develop, and lead a national team of Cell Therapy Account Directors • Develop and execute key account plans and national account strategies across the US • Assess the commercial landscape, identify barriers and opportunities, and execute differentiated strategies • Partner with US Value and Access to support patient access and stakeholder experience • Track leading performance indicators and inform sales targets and forecasts • Lead, coach, develop, and motivate the national account team • Monitor individual and team performance remotely and in the field, creating action plans to improve effectiveness • Establish and execute individual and team development plans • Develop a motivational incentive compensation program • Engage external experts across hematology, transplantation, therapeutic guideline committees, hospital/transplant administration, and medical societies • Implement processes for cellular therapy adoption at treatment sites, including P&T, SOPs, contracting, and cell therapy lab requirements • Address customer and patient needs and resolve issues promptly • Represent Pierre Fabre Pharma with industry stakeholders • Ensure account activities comply with regulations and company policies • Prepare and present reports on account performance, market trends, customer insights, and strategic initiatives to senior management • Perform additional duties based on evolving business needs
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, life sciences, or related discipline • Experience in cell or gene therapies • Minimum of 10 years of leadership within related Pharmaceutical, Biotech organizations required • Experience launching high priced products treating patients with rare or ultra rare diseases • Experience building and successfully leading high-performing Commercial teams and establishing foundational operational structures • Demonstrated experience consistently leading teams to ethically and compliantly meet or exceed sales targets • Demonstrated ability to establish a high engagement/high agility team culture • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional colleagues across all professional levels • Command of government and industry guidelines, regulations, laws, and requirements for appropriate scientific/medical exchange and communication with customers • Knowledge of relevant pharmaceutical industry regulatory and compliance guidelines and company policies • High emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and humility • Self-starter comfortable operating in a start-up environment with diverse responsibilities • Ability to travel up to 50% with occasional global travel • Advanced degree in healthcare-related field preferred • Experience working within solid organ or stem cell transplantation a plus • Deep proficiency in commercial topics including marketing, marketing operations, sales analytics, sales leadership, sales strategy, account management, value/cost of care discussions, hospitalizations, drug pricing pressures, and reimbursement education
