📋 Description

• Deliver tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and at-home facials safely and to Pinch's clinical standards • Build a client base from a personal network and community • Treat a minimum of 5 clients per month • Set a flexible schedule averaging 10–20 hours per week • Build awareness for Pinch in the local community • Use Pinch's marketing tools for outreach, retention, and referrals • Manage supplies and maintain accurate, timely client records • Represent Pinch as a Founding Provider in the local community

🎯 Requirements

• Active APRN license in Ohio • If newer to injectables, availability to attend an in-person training in full • Genuine enthusiasm for aesthetics and helping clients feel their best • Entrepreneurial spirit and desire to grow your own practice • Prior aesthetics experience or an existing patient network (bonus) • Interest in expanding through events, influencer programs, photoshoots, and more (bonus)
